My heart breaks along with you on the loss of Alyson. I remember holding her at the very 1st Lissencephaly Network get together I attended,where we all met. She has now joined my Brandon in Heaven, and they are having all of the fun their bodies wouldn't let them do on Earth. I am here if you need me.

I have been blessed to have had such a strong warrior princess in my life. Alyson was a fighter and could raise my spirits with just a smile. Her laughter was contagious and I will miss her every day. Alyson got her strength and joy from one the best families I know. The Lerches are a generous and thoughtful family. I hope we can all remember this at this very sad point in their lives.
