Funeral services for Phillip Fack will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 21, 2017 in the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Louie Brummett, officiating. Interment will follow in the Sandridge Cemetery under the direction of the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.

Phillip Fack, age 68, of Skiatook, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, July 18, 2017.

Phillip was born April 17, 1949 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to William T. and Melvina (McNabb) Fack. Phillip grew up and received his education in Sperry. Phillip married Randi Fack on May 20, 1987 in Turley making their home in Skiatook since that time. Phillip was employed with the Local 592 Boiler Maker Union where he worked for 40 years until his retirement in 2015. Phillip liked coon hunting, fishing and socializing with friends and family.

Phillip was preceded in death by his father, 2 brothers and by 1 grandson.

Phillip is survived by his wife Randi of the home, children: Melissa Callahan and husband Gary their children: Brett, Kylie and Katelyn, Julie Odom and husband Michael and their children: Mikayla, Navarro and husband Anthony and daughter  Maisy and Christian Odom and wife Samantha, Phillip Fack Jr and children: Raynee, Emma and Lathe and step-daughter: Rythum, Ky T. Fack and children: Ryder Rae Fack and Mason Blaze Fack, brother: Jeff Fack and wife Denise, sisters: Kathy Pense and husband Tim, Marion Armstrong and husband Johnny and Anita Scott and husband Eddie and a host of other relatives and friends.

Casket escorts will be: Cody Helton, Leroy Corley, Charlie Thompson, Sammy Francis, Johnny Armstrong, Tim Pense and Lavonne Neese. Honorary casket escorts are: Ky Fack, Phillip Fack Jr. and Clint Gruenwald.

Music for the services will be: Cats and the Cradle, Dancing In the Sky, When I Get To Where I’m Going and My farewell Party.

The family of Phillip Fack entrusted his care and services to Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
