Jeannie Louise (Cantrell) York

Jeannie Louise York, 66, went home to eternity to meet her savior on March 19th, 2024 surrounded by her family and loved ones.
Jeannie was born on Nov 10, 1957 to Geraldine McManus and Franklin Gerald Cantrell of Tulsa where she grew up.
Jeannie began her career as a cosmetologist as a young adult and continued to serve others behind the chair up until her body no longer allowed just a few months ago. She made many lifelong friendships during her many years owning a beauty shop. But none like her loving husband Greg. Jeannie and Greg were married January 22, 2004 and spent the next 20 years building a beautiful life full of adventure and memories together.
As much as she loved her profession, Jeannie’s passion was reserved solely for Jesus. If you knew her, you heard about Him. There’s no doubt she lit up a smile on her heavenly father’s face as much as she did all of ours.
Jeannie was preceded in death by her brother Robert Cantrell, her mother, Geraldine, and step-father, Troy McManus, and her father Gerald Cantrell.
She is survived by her husband Greg York, sisters Lottie Dry, Debbie King, and her many many loved ones.

Pallbearers will be Leslie King, Joey King, Nate Page, Jamie York, Dominick King, and honorary pallbearers Greg York and Lil Les.
