Paul "Tony" Anthony Jones

Paul Anthony “Tony” Jones (March 5, 1967 – March 17, 2024) passed away, unexpectedly, Sunday March 17, 2024 in Houston, TX.

Beloved third child of Bob and Sue Jones, he grew up, as most Military “brats”, in multiple locations. He graduated from Clear Lake High School and graduated from University of Houston with a BA in Marketing. For most of his career he worked as a Manager, Plant Manager and Quality Officer in the High Density Polyethylene Pipe industry. His career sent him to locations far and wide which he enjoyed tremendously. Though he often traveled for work, home base was mainly Houston, Texas where he golfed, read and engaged with friends. A humorous, engaging fellow he cracked us up with silly humor and dead-on impressions. A lifelong passion of Tony’s was music and he was skilled in multiple instruments, including the Bagpipe. He was thrilled to assist at many funerals for fallen 1st responders and Veterans playing his pipes in full Scottish regalia.

Preceded in death by Maternal Grandmother Betty Ruth (Harlow) Overton and several Great Aunts and Uncles,

Tony is survived by his parents, Bob and Sue Jones, Brother and Sister-in-Law Robert and Cynthia Jones and Sister and Brother-in-Law Charles and Elizabeth (Jones) Spillar.
