Memorial services for Joe Williams will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 16, 2018 at the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home chapel with Dr. Jim Standridge of the Immanuel Baptist Church, officiating.

Joe Williams, age 69, of Skiatook, died at 4:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at the Porta Caeli House in Tulsa.

Joe was born March 15, 1949 in Hominy, Oklahoma to Joe Lee and Marie Ilene (Jacobs) Williams. He grew up and received his education in Tulsa, OK graduating in 1969. Joe enlisted in the U.S. Air Force in 1969 and served until 1977. He went to work for Crane Carrier in 1977 until he retired after 45 years of service. Joe liked building, welding, and restoring cars. He was a member of the Steel Workers Of America Union.

Joe was preceded in death by his father and mother, Joe and Marie, and sons: Christopher Kyle, and Zachary Ryan.

Joe is survived by his daughter: Cassie Wells and husband Matthew, sisters: Sharron Aaron and Theresa Thomas, brother: James Williams, grandchildren: Kyah, Harley, and Jackson, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Music for the services will be: “Free Bird”, “In My Life”, “You Got A Friend”, “Blackbird”, “Just Swinging”, and “Celebrate Good Times Come On”.
