Funeral services for Lucille D. Shepard will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 15, 2018 In the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Gary Butler officiating. Interment will follow in the Osage Gardens Cemetery under the direction of the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.

Lucille was born April 13, 1919 in Skiatook, Oklahoma to John and Effie (Lewis) Roberts. She grew up and received her education in Skiatook graduating in 1937. Lucille was a waitress Apartment Drug in downtown Tulsa. Lucille married David William Brown on December 21, 1938 and he preceded her in death in December of 1975. Lucille married Fred A. Shepard Jr on July 8, 1979 and he preceded her in death. Lucille liked fishing, gardening and canning. Lucille was a member of the V.F.W. Post 9077 in Turley Lady’s Auxiliary and of the First Baptist Church.

Lucille was preceded in death by her mother and father, husband: David, husband Fred, three brothers, three sisters, three sons, and one great grandson.

Lucille is survived by her son: David Brown, daughter: Carole Ann Noe eleven grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, nine great-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Music for the services will be: “Blessed Assurance”, “Washed In The Blood” and “For The Love Of God”.

Pallbearers will be: Aaron Brown, Kelly Brown, Doug Brown, Jeff Brown, Mike Noe and Byron Shen.

The family of Lucille Shepard entrusted her care and services to the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
