Memorial services for Rosemary Pitts will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at the Community Lighthouse Church with Pastor Bill Taylor officiating. Private family interment will be held.

Rosemary was born February 25, 1947 in Eldorado, Arkansas to Franklin Albert and Ruth D. (McCleskey) Newsom. Rosemary grew up and received her education in Eldorado, Kansas where she graduated in 1965. Rosemary was employed with Bacone College where she worked in accounting and was also employed with the City of Tulsa where she was an accounting clerk. Rosemary loved playing games, card games, she just loved to have fun and also enjoyed going fishing. Rosemary was a member of the Community Lighthouse Church.

Rosemary was preceded in death by her mother and father.

Rosemary is survived by her three children: Mark Albert Pitts and wife Tammy, Michael Pitts and wife Meica and Kristi Oldaker and husband Terry, two sisters: Kay Davis and Sherry Cargile and husband Kenny, ten grandchildren, several great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Music for the services will be: “I’d Rather Have Jesus” performed by the King Sisters and “If You Could See Me Now” and “There’s Just something About That Name” performed by the congregation.

The family of Rosemary Pitts entrusted her care and services to the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
