Teri Dawn Conley, age 50, of Tulsa, passed away Sunday, December 23, 2018 in Tulsa.

Funeral Services for Teri Dawn Conley will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 31, 2018 in the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Brent Fluegel, officiating. Interment will follow in the Dick Duck cemetery in Catoosa under the direction of the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.

Teri was born January 24, 1968 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Jerry Conley and Faye LaVonne Tennant. Teri grew up and received her education in Catoosa where she graduated in 1986. Teri was employed with EMSA where she was a Registered Nurse in Tulsa, Wadsworth Ambulance Service, Bayada Health Care and Silver Lake Care Center in Bartlesville where she was a Director of Nursing. Teri loved to fish, golf, softball, had a love for animals and loved taking care and helping the elderly.

Teri was preceded in death by her mother: Faye LaVonne Tennant, grandma: Jean Faye Merridith  and great grandma: Della Brown.

Teri is survived by her dad: Jerry Conley, step-mom: Brenda Conley, and the aunt that she looked up to as a mother Pat Welch, sisters: Tina Martz, Christy Barbee and Jeri Diane Weaver, brother: Robert Brent Tennant, best friend caretaker and sister: Nora Taylor, extended family: Jackie Taylor, Vickie Wickam, Lou Patton and Stan Taylor, grandma: Ira Lee Burris and her pride and joy her dog Bailey, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Music for the services will be: “Dancing In the Sky”, “Wind Beneath My Wings” and “You Raise Me Up”.

Pallbearers will be: Dustin Wyatt Weaver, Donnie Ray Conley, Cody Allen Lee, Michael Darren Wickam, Bradley Gary Fluegel and Stanley Taylor.

The family of Teri Conley has entrusted her care and services to the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
