Willard G. Allen

Funeral services for Willard G. Allen will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, September 18, 2017 in the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Larry Stevenson, officiating. Interment will follow in the Osage Gardens Cemetery under the direction of the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.

Willard G. Allen, age 82, of Skiatook, passed away Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at the Journey Home in Bartlesville.

Willard was born September 18, 1934 in Skiatook, Oklahoma to Green and Minnie Lola (Waddle) Allen. Willard grew up and received his education in Skiatook and graduated from Wildhorse in 1954. Willard married Donna Wallis on August 26, 1955 and she preceded him in death in 1984. Willard married Betty Jean Bradford on June 17, 1987. Willard was a machinist by trade and had also been employed with Ramsey Winch and Auto Crane where he was a manager retiring in 2001. Willard liked gardening, fishing, woodworking and he helped Betty make porcelain dolls. Willard was a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church.

Willard was preceded in death by his mother and father, wife Donna, one sister and by a step-daughter.

Willard is survived by his wife: Betty of the home, children: Tammy Kay McGee, Shelley Gay Allen, Timmy Ray Allen, Patty Weyers, DeAnn Duggins, Karen Smith and Jina Johnson, sixteen grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, one brother Robert Allen and several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Music for the services will be: “The Old Rugged Cross”, “Amazing Grace” and “I’ll Fly Away”.

Pallbearers will be: Jared Basey, Seth Allen, Grant Goodman, Ryan Goodman, Nick Smith, Matthew Chapman and Cody Johnson.

The family of Willard G. Allen entrusted his care and services to Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
