David Greer Tayrien, age 59, of Skiatook went to be with his Lord and Savior Thursday, August 11, 2022 in Skiatook.

David was born December 25, 1962 in Scottsdale, Arizona to Jack and Davena (Greer) Tayrien. David grew up and received his education in Arizona. David received 2 masters degree from the University of Phoenix. David married Joanne Gollob Bryson on November 13, 1992 in Grand Canyon, Arizona making their home in Mesa, Arizona before moving to Skiatook in 2012 where they have continued to make their home. David was employed with various casinos where he was C.E.O. and General Manager, he was also a Dean/campus college chair at OSU/ College of Muscogee Creek College for the gaming program, recently retired. David enjoying playing golf, yard work and woodworking.

David was preceded in death by his parents; Jack and Davena Tayrien and one child; Halley.

David is survived by his wife and soul-mate, Joanne; Children: Robert Solecki, Shawn Solecki, James Solecki, David Tayrien II, David Fagin and Elizabeth Tayrien; two brothers, Jim Tayrien and Dennis Tayrien; sister Jacque Stapley; eleven grandchildren, two great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family of David Tayrien entrusted his care and services to the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
