Deborah "Debbie" Kay Grace

January 30, 1957 — June 5, 2025

Owasso

Deborah "Debbie" Kay Grace, a beloved daughter, wife, mother, and friend, passed away peacefully on June 5, 2025, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Born to Eugene Clinton and Erma Jean (Wiggins) Hall, on January 30, 1957, in Tulsa, Debbie grew up in Owasso, Oklahoma, where she received her education and graduated from Owasso High School in 1975.

Debbie dedicated 24 years of her life to serving the community as a receptionist for Owasso City Hall until her retirement in 2023. Her commitment to her work was evident in her friendly demeanor and willingness to help others, leaving a lasting impact on those who had the pleasure of working alongside her.

On April 12, 1986, Debbie married David Hoyt Grace in Kellyville. Together, they journeyed through several states before settling down in Owasso in 1989, where they built a warm and loving home filled with laughter and cherished moments.

Debbie was not just an accomplished professional but also a vibrant individual with diverse interests. She enjoyed reading, working on computers, and attending concerts and shows that fueled her love for old rock and roll music. Her passion extended to her pets and the joy she found in spending time with animals. Above all, her family was her greatest treasure, and she poured her love into them every day.

Debbie's legacy is carried on by her devoted husband, David Grace, and their son, Brian Grace. She is also survived by cherished memories of her late parents, Eugene Clinton Hall and Erma Jean (Wiggins) Hall, and her brother, Randy Hall, who have preceded her in death.

As we remember Debbie, we celebrate the life of a woman who touched many hearts with her kindness, humor, and unparalleled love for her family and friends. She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all who had the privilege to know her.
