Debbie Woodall, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away on May 16, 2025, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 68. Born on September 8, 1956, in Tulsa to Edgar Leon and Norma (Roberts) Thomas, she spent her formative years in Skiatook, where she grew up and received her education.
In 1979, Debbie married Doug Woodall, and together they made their home in Skiatook. Throughout her career, Debbie worked for E-Z Mart, Mr. Bass, and Fabrico, contributing to her community and touching the lives of those around her.
Debbie was passionate about camping and relished the moments spent with her family, finding great joy in spoiling her beloved grandchildren. She instilled warmth and love in her family, which included three children: Travis Woodall and his wife Jamie, Jason Woodall, and Racheal Akin. Her legacy continues through her fourteen grandchildren—Kadden, Kyron, Kylee, Chase, Camden, Kaleah, Colton, Kambrie, Braxton, Shyanne, Ranson, Parker, Abigail, and Ryan—and two great-grandchildren, Haley and Beaux. She is also survived by her sister, Karen Gardner and her husband Bill, as well as her two brothers, Steve Thomas and Jim Thomas and his wife Jane.
Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, Edgar and Norma Thomas, her two brothers, David Thomas and Gary Thomas, and her daughter, Rebecca Akin. Her absence will be deeply felt by her family and friends, who will carry her spirit in their hearts forever.
Visitation with family will be held on May 20, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home Chapel located at 1000 South Lombard Lane, Skiatook, Oklahoma. A funeral service will take place the following day, May 21, 2025, at 10:00 AM, also at the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home Chapel.
Debbie Woodall's gentle heart, unwavering spirit, and loving nature will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
