Ella Elizabeth Eversole

Ella Elizabeth Eversole joined her family in heaven on October 31, 2017.

Ella was born November 22, 1920 to Molly Mae Moore and Charles Stephenson in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. Ella was third in birth order in a family of ten siblings. She was the eldest of five sisters, all whom have preceded her in death as well as the five brothers. Also preceding her were her parents, her son Gary L. Goodwin and wife Kimie and her husband of forty eight years Robert W. “Bob” Eversole.

Ella and Bob made their home in Skiatook. In their earlier years together they enjoyed gardening and fishing and activities with their church family at Skiatook First Baptist Church until health issues slowed them down. Ella shared her much appreciated “home cooking” with All her loved ones.

She is survived by daughter Norma Gail Goodwin Cromer and husband James R. “Jay” Cromer of Owasso. She will also be missed by five grandchildren: Cheryl and husband Milton Achterberg of Ft. Smith, Arkansas, Craig Cromer of Owasso, Cynthia and husband Tim Shaw Little Rock, Arkansas, Lisa Goodwin of Budapest, Turkey,

William Goodwin of Universal, Texas, she had ten great grandchildren, twelve great-great grandchildren and many loved and loving nieces and nephews.

The family wishes to express appreciation for the care given by Sequoyah Pointe Living Center of Owasso and Cura Hospice.

Pallbearers will be: Cody Cromer, Casey Cromer, Tim Shaw, Joel Vacin, Craig Cromer, Chris Hutchcraft and Milton Achterberg.

The family of Ella Eversole entrusted her care and services to the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
