Jimmy Eugene Stout, known affectionately as Jim, passed away on December 20, 2025, in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. He was born on December 13, 1938, in Henryetta, Oklahoma to Orvil and Zetta (Sweeden) Stout) and grew up in Sapulpa, where he received his education and graduated in 1957. Jim married Debbra Jean "Debbie" Clark on May 18, 1984, in Tulsa where they made their home until they moved to Jay and then to Skiatook in 2019.

Jim dedicated over 25 years of his life as a salesman for Farmers Brothers Coffee, retiring in 2001. A proud veteran, he served in the United States Navy from 1957 until he received his honorable discharge in 1961, exemplifying the values of dedication and service both in his military career and throughout his life.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Jim had a passion for the outdoors. He enjoyed camping, driving boats, and was known for his handy skills, often working on his cars. A football enthusiast, he cherished moments spent with family and showed a deep affection for his beloved dogs.

Jim is survived by his devoted wife, Debbie, and their three cherished children: Shelly Baizer and husband Keith, Curtis Brummett and wife Tiffany, and Jeremy Stout. He also leaves behind two sisters, Pat Tuttle and Ruth Scott, along with seven grandchildren: Gavin Hall, Makayla Riggio, Tobin Brummett, Layne Baizer, Brynne Baizer, Greer Baizer, and Wyatt Baizer. His best friend, Jerry Agee, stood by him through thick and thin, illustrating the strength of their bond. Jim is further survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends, all of whom deeply loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Orvil and Zetta Stout, a daughter, Denise Lynn Rutherford, and two brothers, Mike Stout and Ira Stout.

A Celebration of Life will be held in honor of Jim on Friday, December 26, 2025, at Unity Fellowship Church in Skiatook, Oklahoma, at 10:30 AM. Full military honors will be accorded Jim Stout by the VFW, 5th District Rifle Squad of Skiatook.

Jim E. Stout will be remembered for his unwavering spirit, love for his family, and the joy he brought to those around him. His legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
