John Wesley Ivey Jr.

John Wesley Ivey Jr., age 68, of Skiatook went to be with his Lord and Savior Wednesday, February 10, 2021 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

John was born March 2, 1952 in Skiatook, Oklahoma to John Wesley and Wanda Aileen (Wymore) Ivey. John grew up and received his education in Sperry, Oklahoma. He was employed with Mohawk Steel for 30 years until his retirement in 2018. John enjoyed fishing, playing pool, gardening, playing cards, and horseshoes.

John was preceded in death by his parents John and Wanda Ivey, one brother and grandson: Tyler Wesley Williams.

John is survived by his children: Steven Ivey, Jennifer Russell, and Jonathon Ivey, brother: Gary Wayne Ivey, sister: Sharon Morrison, six grandchildren, four great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family of John Ivey entrusted his care and services to Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
