Joyce D. Victory, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on November 6, 2026, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born on March 20, 1942, in Hulbert, Oklahoma, the daughter of Eddie and Elendor (Holt) Montgomery.

Joyce grew up in Hulbert, where she received her education and formed the roots of a life centered on home and family. She married Belvin Stacey Victory on December 12, 1960. She was a homemaker, and she devoted herself to caring for those she loved. Her days were often brightened by the simple pleasures that meant so much to her, including sewing, working in her flowerbeds, and spending time with her family.

More than anything, Joyce will be remembered for the love she gave so freely within her home. She shared her life with her husband, Belvin, of the home being married for 66 years. She is also survived by her daughter, Tammy Wilson, and Tammy’s husband, Jimmy. The family she held close was a lasting source of joy in her life, and her memory will remain cherished by those who knew her best.

She was preceded in death by her father, Eddie Montgomery; her mother, Elendor Montgomery; her sister, Geneva Parker; her infant brother, Danny Victory; and her granddaughter, Diana Stone.

Joyce’s life was marked by devotion, quiet strength, and a deep love for her family. She leaves behind treasured memories that will continue to be held close by all who loved her.
