Judy Lee Ragan, passed away on September 2, 2026. She was born on June 9, 1953, in Muskegon, Michigan to Wayne and June (Newman) Smith.

Judy grew up in Prue, where she received her education and graduated in 1971. She went on to build a career as an Electronics Manager for Wal-Mart, a role that reflected her steady work ethic and dedication.

She will be remembered for the things she loved most in life: fishing, riding motorcycles, painting, and, above all, spending time with her family. Those simple joys brought happiness to her days and helped shape the warm memories she leaves behind.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Wayne and June Smith.

She is survived by her daughter and son, Shanna Ragan and Jerry Ragan; her sister, Penny Blankenship; her brother, Danny Smith, seven grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. In the hearts of those who knew and loved her, Judy will be remembered with affection and gratitude, and her memory will continue to live on in the family she cherished so deeply.
