Laura Ann Pike, born on September 28, 1962, in Los Angeles, California, peacefully departed this life on January 16, 2026, in Skiatook, Oklahoma. A member of the Class of 1980, Laura grew up in Owasso, where she not only received her primary education but also cultivated lifelong friendships and connections. Laura served in the United States Navy.
Throughout her career, Laura showcased her dedication and compassion in several roles. She served as a paramedic for EMSA, providing lifesaving care to those in need. Her commitment to helping others extended into her roles as a paralegal for various law firms and as a customer service representative for Direct TV, where her patience and understanding shone brightly.
Laura was admired not only for her professional contributions but also for her vibrant spirit and love for life. She embraced a variety of hobbies that brought her joy, including fishing, antiquing, crocheting, camping, and enjoying her favorite television shows. Her creative pursuits and adventurous spirit were often shared with family and friends, creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime.
Laura is survived by her two beloved sons, Jimmy Pike and Michael Pike, and his wife Angela. She took great pride in her six grandchildren, whose lives she enriched with her love and guidance. Laura is also survived by her three nieces, Kellie Ventroni, Dawn Mattingly, and Nicole Chidester, and her nephew, Little Troy Mattingly, along with a host of other relatives and friends who join in mourning her passing.
Laura was preceded in death by her parents, Patrick and Ellen Tracy, and three brothers. Their memory lives on through the stories and love shared among Laura’s family, who will carry her spirit forward.
As we reflect on the life of Laura Ann Pike, we celebrate a woman who dedicated her life to serving others, who found joy in simple pleasures, and who created a legacy of love that will be remembered by all who knew her.
