Services are pending at this time. We will update once confirmation has been confirmed with family on a grandson returning home from military for the services.

Rhonda LaVerne Willis, born July 7, 1951, in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Vernon Charles "Windy" and LaVerne (Westmoland) Ragan, passed away peacefully on April 2, 2026, in Tulsa. She was a woman of strength, resilience, and unwavering dedication, whose life touched many during her 74 years.

Rhonda grew up and received her education in Skiatook as part of the class of 1969. She earned her GED in Germany while her former husband, Jimmy Juby, was serving in the Vietnam War, an enduring testament to her determination and commitment. Rhonda found love again and married Daniel Clayton Willis in 1981 in Skiatook, where they continued to build their life and raise their children.

Professionally, Rhonda dedicated many years to the Ford Glass Plant as a plumber pipefitter. Her long tenure there stands as a testament to her hard work, skill, and loyalty, culminating in a well-earned retirement. Beyond her career, Rhonda was known for her lively spirit and simple joys; she loved visiting the casino, and was a devoted fan of classic television, often enjoying episodes of Andy Griffith and Murder, She Wrote.

Rhonda’s familial legacy is vast and cherished. She is survived by her eight children: Jennifer ( Joe) Yanulis, Sandra (Phillip) Latty, Michael (Cindy) Juby, Marcus (Candace) Juby, Steven (Nancy) Willis, Sean (Hayley) Willis, Elaine Willis, and Daniel Willis. She was also a beloved sister to Wendy Kay Whittle. Her family further extends to twenty-four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, each carrying forward her spirit and memory. Alongside them stands a host of other relatives and friends who were touched by her kindness.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Windy and LaVerne Ragan; her husband, Dan Willis; her brother, Mike Ragan; her niece, Tracey Akin; and her grandson Paul Perkins.

Rhonda’s life was marked by her steadfast devotion to family, her dedication to her profession, and the warmth she extended to all who knew her. Her memory will be honored by those she leaves behind, who will continue to celebrate the remarkable woman she was.
