A cherished wife to her beloved husband David AD Crase, whom she married on November 17, 1959, they enjoyed a remarkable 66 years of companionship. Their journey together took them from their early days in Tucker to establishing their home in Skiatook in the late 1960s. Shirley was not just the heart of her own family; she was an integral part of the fabric of her community.

Shirley’s career was multifaceted. She contributed her efforts at the Post Office cleaning, worked with Skiatook Public Schools, but her most influential role was as a dedicated homemaker. She embraced her work with kindness and care, ensuring her home was filled with warmth and love.

Shirley was educated in the Kiowa public schools, where her roots extended deep into the community. A passionate cook and avid sports fan, she cherished every moment spent with her children and grandchildren. Whether it was cheering for the Oklahoma Sooners or the Oklahoma Thunder, her enthusiastic spirit brought joy to many. She also loved traveling, always seeking new adventures and experiences to share with her family.

Her loving family includes her husband David, her four children: David Lee Crase, Kent Crase and wife Sandy, Kim Stephens and husband Steve, and Randall Crase and wife Kim. She will be fondly remembered by her two sisters, Ocie Parent and Barbara Graham, as well as her twelve grandchildren and twenty-three great-grandchildren. Shirley also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends who were blessed to know her.

Shirley is reunited in peace with her parents, Lige and Bernice Talley, and her brother, now free from life's struggles.
