Private family services will be held at a later date at Osage Gardens Cemetery, where Terry will be laid to rest beside his beloved wife, Sandy.

Terry Lyn Bearden, born June 21, 1955, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Leo and Bertie (Pace) Bearden, entered into eternal rest on October 17, 2025.

Terry was a man of quiet strength, gentle kindness, and steadfast faith. His love for Jesus Christ guided every part of his life — from the way he treated others with humility and respect to the patient, caring spirit that touched everyone who knew him.

On August 8, 1980, Terry married the love of his life, Sandra “Sandy” Kay Morgan, and together they built a beautiful life filled with laughter, devotion, and shared memories. Their marriage was one of true partnership, grounded in faith, mutual respect, and a deep, abiding love that never wavered.

A skilled Air Frame Mechanic by trade, Terry worked for many years at Pryor Machine and Tool in Tulsa, where his attention to detail and strong work ethic earned the admiration of his colleagues. But while he took pride in his craft, his greatest joy was always found in his faith, his family, and the simple blessings of everyday life.

Terry loved spending time outdoors, especially in his garden, where he found peace and fulfillment in nurturing plants and watching them flourish — a reflection of his caring nature. He also enjoyed collecting special treasures, each with its own story or memory, revealing his curious mind and appreciation for life’s small wonders.

Above all, Terry’s heart belonged to his family. He is survived by his children Phillip Gaddis, Michelle Bugh, and Doug Gaddis; his brother Lonny Bearden; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren, who brought immeasurable joy to his days. He also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends who will forever cherish his warmth, humor, and the gentle way he made everyone feel at home.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Bertie Bearden; his wife, Sandy Bearden; and his brother, Jim Bearden.

Those who knew Terry will remember him as a humble, faithful man who walked closely with the Lord and loved deeply. His family takes comfort knowing that he is now at peace, reunited with his beloved Sandy, and resting safely in the arms of Jesus.
