Obituary

Betty Lou (Lister) Magee, age 89, of Skiatook went to be with her Lord and Savior Sunday, September 10, 2023 in Owasso.

Betty was born October 25, 1933 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma to Toliver Earnest and Rena Ardella (Mayberry) Lister. Betty grew up and received her education in Sapulpa. Betty married Glen Magee in 1963. Betty was employed with St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa and Bartlett Memorial Hospital in Sapulpa where she was a nurse. Betty was also employed with the Town of Skiatook wehere she was a E.M.T.. Betty was a member of the Avant Baptist Church. Betty loved to read.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents; Toliver and Rena Lister, husband; Glen Magee, son; Mike Thompson, two brothers and by two sisters.

Betty is survived by her daughter; ChiChi Chapin, Daughter-in-law; Betsy Thompson, four grandchildren; Chris Fingerlin and wife; Jenny, Jason Thompson, Jacob Thompson and Nancy Goodman and husband; Robert, three great grandchildren; Abigail Fingerlin, Baylor Fingerlin and Candence Goodman, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family of Betty Magee entrusted her care and services to Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
