Darla Ann Evans, age 63, of Owasso went to be with her Lord and Savior Friday, January 8, 2021 at her residence.

Darla was born November 15, 1957 in Bristow, Oklahoma to Carl Franklin and Mary Ann (Myers) Hoover. She grew up and received her education in Tulsa, Oklahoma graduating from Webster High School in 1977. Darla married Gary Douglas Evans on December 7, 1996 in Vera, Oklahoma and made their home in Owasso Oklahoma. She was a CNA for nursing homes and home health care. She was a member of the Vera Full Gospel Fellowship Church. Darla enjoyed sewing, gardening and spending time with her family and friends.

Darla was preceded in death by her parents: Carl and Mary, several brothers and sisters, and one grandchild: Amberlyn Rose Stumpf.

Darla is survived by her husband: Gary, children: Lisa Wallace and husband Dusty, Kimberlee Lawson, Justin Evans and wife Jamie, Michael Lawson, and Krystal Jackson, brothers: Jack Hoover and Johnny Hoover and wife Carolyn, sisters: Lanora Wilson and husband Burley, Linda Wilson, Sandy Anderson and husband Pewe, the Parker family, Fourteen grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family of Darla Evans entrusted her care and services to Sien-Shelton Funeral Home Skiatook.
