Eva Jewell (Cox) Holland, age 91, of Skiatook went to be with her Lord and Savior at 3:55 p.m. Thursday, March 16, 2023 in Tulsa.

Eva was born June 10, 1931 in Dallas, Texas to Homer Virgil and Sadie Olene(Barnes) Cox. Eva grew up and received her education in Dallas, Texas where she graduated in 1949. Eva moved to Tulsa in 2001 and for the last 5 years she has lived in the Emerald care Center in Tulsa. Eva was employed with JC Penny and Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas. Eva liked to go fishing, loved music and loved dancing.

Eva was preceded in death by her parents; Homer and Sadie Cox and by one great grandson; Ronnie Leigh Sanders.

Jewell is survived by her son; Gary Bevill of Skiatook, three grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, two great – great grandchildren, five brothers and sisters and several nieces and nephews.

The family of Eva Jewell Holland entrusted her care and services to the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
