Glenda Murlene Miller

Glenda Murlene Miller, age 77, of Skiatook went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 in Tulsa.

Glenda was born May 5, 1943 in Wheeler, Texas to Glenn Edward and Minnie Murrel (Alexander) Houston. She grew up and received her education in Raton, New Mexico and graduated in 1961. Glenda also attended community college in Raton where she earned a degree in office equipment. She worked for St. John Hospital where she had several accomplishments in the EKG department. She was later employed with Walmart where she worked for 20 years until she retired. She also married Jimmy Terry and later married Jerry Miller. Glenda enjoyed doing crochet and watching Law and Order SUV and was a fan of all sports.

Glenda was preceded in death by her mother and father: Minnie and Glenn Houston, her husbands: Jimmy Terry and Jerry Miller, and sister: Shirley Warren.

Glenda is survived by her daughter: Tracy Heckert and husband Ed, sisters: Nancy Carter, and Wanda Houston, brother: Eddie Houston, grandchildren: April Winters and spouse Sarah, Kyle Howard and wife Amanda, Steven Howard and wife Erin, Jessica Erhrardt and husband Brandon, great grandchildren Aria Howard, Elle Howard, Frank Erhrardt, Karmyn Kleck, Henry Erhrardt, Remy Erhrardt, Dorothy Howard, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family of Glenda Miller entrusted her care and services to Sien-Shelton Funeral Home Skiatook.
