As Mallory's aunt, her fathers sister, thank you for raising Mallory so beautifully. Rick, I especially want to thank you for walking into their lives and making a wonderful, loving stepfather for Mallory.  Thank you so much, Rick..I'm sorry I have not mentioned it before.  Misty, dear, I pray God gives me a double dose of special love for you, if I could ever love you more. Please know I am available for you dear anytime day or nite. Mardell, my heart does break for you, my sister.  I look forward to make wonderful scrapbooks about Mallory's life together....in time.   Possibly I will be able to even travel with you and keep you company some time, who knows? Your life is going to change, and I want to be of whatever help that I can be.  I thank God that he planted me back home in time for me to at least see my Mallory again before she broke her knee and be here for her homegoing.  Now there are four Winegartens in the circle waiting for us and that does bring me comfort that they are fine.  But for those of us who remain, it could be darkness before the light again for you dear...and for us who treasured her. God will see us through...that is the only way we can get through it.  Mallory may not be an angel, but she and Larry's spirits are around you. When you feel it, they are there.  You have been assigned a guardian angel from your birth and he is there.  I do pray that the peace of the Holy Spirit will be present and known to you.  I pray that you feel the hand of Jesus each day.  With all of my love to you precious Misty are Mardell, love Aunt Debi

I am sooo sorry for your loss! Such a beautiful girl. I did not know her personally, but can relate to the sudden loss of someone I and you love. She is not gone, she will always be in your hearts. She has relocated to Heaven where one day you all will be reunited. God will help you through this. Just have patience and faith. I just lost my nephew exactly a month ago. But I have deeply leaned on God. He is helping me get through such a tragic event, so lean on him, pray a lot and rely on your friends.

Through our granddaughter, Alexis Carbone, we were introduced to the second member of the “Dynamic Duo” - Mallory - and met/visited with Mardell, Rick, and Misty at football games as the girls cheered in grade school through high school. The 8 year relationship that grew between the girls was not only a joy between best friends, it brought a “bonus daughter” to Danielle, Greg, and Paul. We were privileged to spend time with her as well, and loved her for the joy she brought to all.
Her loss has brought great sorrow to us all, but her life has been a great blessing that has provided many sweet, funny, beautiful, sometimes hair raising, sometimes just ordinary, and proud moments frozen in memories to many lives. We are all blessed for having known her. God has chosen well for his newest angel, and our loss is His gain. Thank you to her family for helping guide her into being the wonderful, beautiful person she was from the inside out  â€“ and, oh, that smile!!  Thank you, Mallory, for being you…….
(By the way, Mal - You will have your hands full being Alexis’s Guardian Angel, but we know you will always be with her, love her, continuing to share her life and adventures, and watching over her from above until you are together again - best friends.)
To Mallory’s entire family, we are so very sorry for your great loss of the blessing that was Mallory.

There are just not enough words.  We are so sorry for your loss.  It has been several years since we have seen each other so naturally Mallory will always be an adorable little pre-schooler in our mind and hearts but she obviously grew up to be a beautiful young woman as we knew she would.  Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.  May God wrap His arms around you, hold you close and warm your heart with wonderful, sweet memories.

There are no words to describe Kelbie, Aspen and my sadness for your loss. First I want to say what a blessing Mallory and your entire family have been to Kelbie Mae. Your family took her in and made her feel like she was always a part of your family no matter how long it had been since we had all spoken. Mallory was a beautiful person inside and out. I will remember her often by her laugh, big personality and her smile. Thank you for sharing your precious daughter with mine. It means the world.

A couple of weeks ago my husband and I sat on the Skiatook side directly in front of the cheerleaders at the McAlester game.  We both commented on one child who stood out because of the joy and positive attitude she exhibited.  It was obvious her beauty was internal as well as external.   We were saddened to see her story in the TW this morning but want you to know we are praying for your family and that your child touched people who never met her.  Jerry and Glenn Davis, McAlester

Mal was such a sweet going soul. She strongly impacted the lives of so many people from Skiatook, and many other places. I had the privilege of cheering with this sweet girl in high school, when you cheer with someone you spend so much time together and out of all of those times I never once saw Mallory in a bad mood or without a big beautiful smile on her face. I loved her little hands.. She was so amazing and so talented.
I, along with so many others will always love, and miss Mal.

Mardel,

You may not remember me but and I am Vickie and Shirley's friend.  All of you sat at our table at Hayley's wedding.  I remember thinking how beautiful and sweet Mallory was.  I thought she looked some like Reagan also.  I know that no words can ease you and your family's pain at this time.  Just wanted you to know how sorry I am.  For some reason God takes the good ones.  We will find out the reason for that someday.  Our family suffered the loss of my brother at 23 and my little cousin (girl) at 17 in a ten year time frame.  It was devastating to say the least.  We still grieve for them and miss them, but time is the only thing that helps.  That and your faith in God.  They will be waiting there for us with a smile and there will be tears of joy.  When you feel up to it read the book "Heaven Is For Real".  It will give you peace and joy.  I know that is where your daughter is now.
