Marion Underwood Obituary

Marion Gayle Underwood, age 91, of Tulsa went to be with his Lord and Savior Monday, January 11, 2021 in Owasso.

Marion was born September 1, 1929 in Micawber, Oklahoma. He grew up and received his education in Oklahoma and California where he graduated in 1947. Marion married Marceline Jewell Reeves on October 21, 1950 in Redonda Beach, California. Marion entered into the United States Army on February 21, 1951 and received his honorable discharge on February 19, 1953. Marion was employed with McDonald Douglas Corporation where he retired. Marion was a member of the Memorial Baptist Church in Tulsa.

Marion was preceded in death by his mother and father, wife Marceline and by six brothers and sisters.

Marion is survived by his sister- in- laws: Christine Crawford, Jorena Morgan, Karolyn Morris, Patsy Wilson and Wig Underwood, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family of Marion G. Underwood entrusted his care and services to Sien-Shelton Funeral Home Skiatook.
