Nikki Emmert, age 77, of Skiatook went to be with her Lord and Savior Friday, April 21, 2023 in Skiatook.

Nikki was born July 20, 1945 to Leon and Lucille Gail (Ridenour) Scott. Nikki grew up and received her education in Skiatook and Sperry. Nikki also attended the Rogers State College in Claremore. Nikki married Richard Dean Emmert on December 21, 1985 in Skiatook making their home in Tulsa, St. Louis and in Skiatook for the past 25 years. Nikki was employed with McDonnell Douglas Corp where she was a Production Expeditor and retired in 1994. Nikki liked working with ceramics, knitting, sewing, being out on the tractor, being a mom and a nanna. The family will always remember her as a Pioneer Woman. Nikki was a member of the Remnant Church Of Jesus Christ and Latter Day Saints in Sperry.

Nikki was preceded in death by her parents; Leon Scott and Lucille Gail Scott Washburn, two brothers and by son Steven Thompson.

Nikki is survived by her husband; Richard, children; Niki Latendresse, Wendi Jane Wamego and Daniel Jared Thompson, two granddaughters; Whitney Brooke Gail Thompson and Katie Lynn Richardson, six grandsons; , four great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
