Phyliss Ann (Reed) Cody

Phyliss Ann Cody, age 68, of Hominy went to be with her Lord and Savior Tuesday, September 13, 2022 in Hominy. 

Phyliss was born November 15, 1953 in Skiatook, Oklahoma to Lonzo and Donna (Blackwell) Reed. Phyliss grew up and received her education in Skiatook where she graduated in 1972. Phyliss also attended TCC and North Eastern State where she received her Bachelors of Science Degree. Phyliss married Patrick Kelley Cody on March 17, 1995 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas and have made their home in Hominy since that time. Phyliss was a school teacher for Skiatook Public Schools where she taught Math, Yearbook and Computer Technology at Skiatook High School. Phyliss loved teaching and loved her students and loved to go on cruises with her husband Patrick.

Phyliss was preceded in death by her father.

Phyliss is survived by her husband Patrick Cody, sons; Lee Holmes, Calvin Handle and Matt Handle, two grandchildren; Kiahs Handle and Ashton Holmes a host of other relatives and friends.
