Zelma Joyce Johnson, age 85, of Skiatook went to be with her Lord and Savior Friday, April 10, 2020 in Skiatook.

Joyce was born November 27, 1934 in Abilene, Texas to Neil and Ilene (Payne) Schmidt. She grew up and received her education in Abilene, Texas. Joyce was a Civil Engineer for United States Army Corps Of Engineers and retired in 1995. Joyce enjoyed spending time with her family. Joyce was of the Baptist faith and was a member of the Family Worship Center.

Joyce was preceded in death by her mother and father, one brother, one grandson; Matthew “Opie” Tyner.

Joyce is survived by her two children; Mike Johnson and Karen Eubanks, one sister; Janice Savage, six grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, three great – great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
