Funeral services for Bobbie Jolene Smith will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 1, 2013 at the DestinyLife Church with Pastors Glenn and Ami Shaffer, officiating. Interment will follow in the Osage Gardens Cemetery under the direction of the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.

Bobbie Jolene Smith, age 59, of Skiatook, died at 3:20 a.m. Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at the St. John Medical Center in Owasso.

Jolene was born March 14, 1954 in Cushing, Oklahoma to Robert and Gwendolyn Mae (Wilson) Bowen. She grew up and received her education in Skiatook.  Jolene married Steven Jay Smith on June 15, 1986 in Vera, Oklahoma and made their home in Skiatook since that time. Jolene was a homemaker of the home, a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. Jolene liked shopping, cooking, cleaning, watching her kids compete in sports. Jolene liked going to luncheons with her sisters and was very close with her family. Jolene was a member of the DestinyLife Church in Owasso.

Jolene was preceded in death by her mother and father, one brother; Ronnie Bowen, one grandson; Zach Lynch, niece; Andrea Deckard and by one brother-in-law; Jim Bradshaw.

Jolene is survived by her husband; Steven of the home, three children; Gwenna Kay Lynch and husband Nick, Anna Leigh Shaffer and Charlie C. Morrison III and wife Britaney, three sisters; Kay Reeves and husband Ebb, Marilyn Bradshaw and Mona Wright and husband Joe, five grandchildren; Haley Brooke Winkle, Stephen Dylan Lynch, Jenna Nicole Lynch, Colby Cash Morrison and Colter Cruz Morrison, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Casket escorts for the services are; Charlie Morrison III, Dylan Lynch, Rusty Pester, Casey Morrison, Harley Perigo, Stephen Williamson, Larry Mathia and Kacey Cooper. Honorary casket escorts are; Colby Morrison, Cruz Morrison, Jim Bradshaw, Nick Lynch, Joe Wright, Ebb Reeves, Chris Bradshaw, David Reeves and John Reeves.

Music selections for the services are; “How Great Thou Art”, “God I Look To You” performed by; Ali Quisenberry and Jenna Lynch and “She’s Got A Thing About Her”.
